CONDITIONS OF HIRE:

Please note that while the PCC/Trustees of the premises make every effort to ensure the safety of all                                                                                                              who use the premises, you or your organisation will be solely responsible for premises, personnel                                                                                                        and its activities during the period of your booking. Any damage to the property, contents, fittings                                                                                                                      or external areas occurring during your period of hire will be assessed by the PCC and you or your                                                                                                  organisation will be required to pay for any repair or replacement accordingly.

Please also note that there is no TV LIcence for the premises. Hirers are therefore required to ensure                                                                                                        that no live TV is streamed on the premises, either from the UK or from continental Europe,                                                                                                                     or BBC iPlayer (or other TV catch-up facility) is accessed.

I make application for the use of the premises as set out above.

I have read and agree to abide by the Conditions of Hire.

I accept full liability for the property, for personnel using the property and for all activities                                                                                                              during the period of this booking.

I agree to ensure that there is no smoking or vaping in the facility,                                                                                                                                                                     and I agree to leave the hall clean and tidy on completion of my booking.
